Hello
I have looked almost every where, but I can not find a reason you could not make a Beef Jerky porter. I mean you have less fat to deal with and oils. I would use homemade jerky not store bought. So is there a reason meat cant be used? Thanks for the help

I say go ahead and meat burst that beer. Just don't dry beef it - might have some sanitation issues hehe.

Just wondering when to add it. Dry hop sort of or late boil? I think this will be good either way. I am looking to brew this this week.

Brew is aged nicely now and the results are good. Some people love it, others just get worked up about the idea of it. I will be brewing this again with a couple tweaks. Taking to my next brew club meeting to get further input.
