my first batch. Followed Recipe exactly. It’s completely finished fermenting down to .990. Took a quick sample from the bucket and both my wife and I felt it didn’t have much flavor.
We do plan to backsweeten to around 1.010-1.015ish. Other than sugar are there any good recommendations for adding some flavor with the sugar?
Make a generic f-pack with white grape juice, or frozen concentrate?
I’m gonna try the tropical version to have a nice stash for summer parties. I’ve got my keeezer full of beer so I’m keeping myself busy in the wine dept currently.
