Howdy,
I'm an Oklahoma City based brewer who has been doing this for about 5 years on and off, starting with kits, and now up to 10 gallon AG (when I want that much). I've used HBT on occasion as a resource during that time and thought I should finally sign up and maybe contribute something for a change.
