back from a hiatus

Well after a year or 2 break I am back! Found some new friends who like to brew more than I do.

Since christmas I've made:
5 gallons of bock
5 gallons of wheat ipa (bottling tonite)
5 gallons of multigrain red (still fermenting)
5 gallons of apfelwine (still fermenting)

as soon i get more yeast from lhbs (i ordered some liquid)
going to making 10 more gallons of apfelwine but wit different sugars.

Nice! Welcome and have fun! I can't wait to get back into it myself. I've got too much going on right now, but maybe this week I'll throw something together. It can be addictive but eventually you will build up a pipeline and then you will start wondering where to put all that beer!
