Looking for some feedback on the following recipe idea:

Grain:
MO
Torrefied Wheat
Rye
Optional: golden naked oats or flaked oats, Munich

Hops:
Bittering: Columbus or Northern brewer
Aroma: azacca
Whirlpool: azacca

Yeast:
Wlp072 French ale yeast Gen 2 fermented around 72
