Arrowhead Hops?

So I got an email today from Arrowhead Hops, a small hop yard in central Iowa 30 minutes north of Des Moines. I was surprised because it was random and unsolicited. They were asking me if I wanted to purchase hop rhizomes for $2.50/per. Has anyone done business/ heard of them before? Are they legit?
