Apple Jack

Anyone ever heard of Apple Jack wine? Have a lady in my office asking me if I can find a recipe for it. Really not sure how its different from Apple wine. All she could tell me is it had some spices in it.

Apple jack is made by freezing the wine. The water freezes and increases alcohol content. Pour off unfrozen part to drink. Look up apple pie recepie. Also good.

Link to a standard recepie. You can use any high proof flavorless alcohol. If you can't get shine.
