Hey all,
I have a couple hops laying around and want to make a nice APA that will showcase the carmel flavors from the malts but have a nice hop back to it.
I am looking at:

8# Uk Pale Malt
1# Caramalt
.5# Crystal

I have a combination of these hops to go with it:
Czech Saaz
Fuggles
Hellertau New Zealand
Sticklebract
and a small amount amount of Pacific Gem

I will be putting Safeale 04 with it

A hodgepodge of ingredients from the cupboard. Any help would be great!
cheers
P.s. I was looking @
Sticklebract .5 oz 60 min
Pacific Gem .25 oz 30min
Hellertau .25 15min
Hellertau .25 5min

Why don't you put it into beersmith or another software program and build a recipe around what you have.
They will at least give you percentages and parameters to go by.
Good luck
