Got some yellow sub hop pellets, and used a bunch in dry hop. They are described as fruity but upon opening the bag I was getting more of a Saaz spicey aroma. I added them anyway thinking maybe the fruity ness was a little more subtle. The beer came out with a more intense skunky saaz kind of flavor. Instead of an IPA it almost tastes like a imperial Pilsner. First time using this hop just wondering if other people are getting similar flavors.

I believe those are a blend. Probably varies season to season somewhat. Ive seen them in sales lit from barth haas i think, but never in person.
