Doing some searching and found that Kasha from Bob's red mill is roasted Buckwheat and has a nice color and nutty flavor and aroma.

Wondering if anyone has tried it, was thinking of trying it in a GF Graff.

I use kasha (from another company, but labeled gf), but I roast it further. I've never used it straight out of the bag.

What type of beer?

How much more did you roast?

How did it turn out?

Thanks

I roasted 2 lbs, but I think I only uses 1/2 lb for color and flavor. The buckwheat on it's own didn't provide anywhere near the amount of color I wanted, so I also used molasses.
