I was wondering if anybody has fermented cider in a corny with a pressure relief valve still on it. I use ez caps to make sparkling cider in 2 liter bottles and love the natural carbonation, would like to try a larger batch (4 gals) .
Will a corny work?

There are instructions on how to ferment in corny's and then "push" over for secondary. I believe you can even buy a specific lid that is drilled to accept a bung and airlock. Try a youtube search for Fermenting in corny's. Try midwest supplies for the corny lids.
