Anyone own/run a craft beer bar (not a brewery)

The topic says it all really. I was curious if any of the members on here run or own their own craft bar. I am looking to ask a few questions.

There are three in my town(Santa Rosa, CA): Rincon Valley Wine and Craft Beer (http://rvwineandbeer.com), Beercraft (www.beercraft.com), and Whole Foods Coddington. They sell craft beer and all also have a tap room.

I am sure the owners would be happy to talk to you about the business.
