Well I moved to the STL last may and live in the city. Been trying to get to a www.stlbrews.org meeting but it seems I'm always busy when they meet.

I actually drive out to belleville for bulk of my ingredients from www.williamjamestrading.com

So I'm wondering how many of you KC/Lee's Summit People have ever eaten at LC's BBQ on Blue Parkway? God I miss that place...I used to do a weekly run there for one of the combo meat sandwiches...In class, at 11:30 or so, I'd look over at my housmate, one of us would get a look on our face that would indicate that an LC's run was going to occur....

I'd kill for at least a bottle of their sauce.....
