Hello folks,
I'm planning on brewing an APA tomorrow and was hoping someone might chime in and offer some sensible changes to my recipe as I'm fairly new to all grain. I want a really hop forward beer, but not overpoweringly bitter. This is what I'm planning:

4.2 kg marris otter
0.25kg crystal 60L

10g chinook FWH
20g centennial @20
10g chinook @20
20g cascade @20

10g centennial @5
10g cascade @5
10g chinook @5

20g cascade @0
20g centennial @0
20g chinook @0

10g cascade @7 days
10g centennial @7 days
10g chinook @7 days

Nottingham ale yeast fermented at 19 Celsius

What do you think?
Cheers.

Forgot to say, I'm brewing a 19 litre batch will will end up as about 15 litres in the fermenter due to the size of my kettle.
