I'm considering picking up an Anvil 7.5G bucket fermenter and getting set up with a fermentation chamber as well, so I'm looking for recommendations on what fridge to use. The challenge, of course, is the non-collapsible handles that make the width 16.5". I know I'll end up needing to build a collar, but am trying to figure out the fridge to start with. I came across another thread with an option that fits (with a collar) with the bucket turned slightly, but I haven't found that particular fridge in stock.
So if you're using this fermenter in a chamber, I'm curious - what fridge worked for you?
