Hi everybody! Started brewing a few months ago, figured it was the time to unlock the mysteries of yeast, malt and hops which always intrigued me, even though beer drinking was a vague and distant interest!
So far it's been a fascinating venture. Started with a Cooper kit in April, which was a bit anti-climatic so I decided to delve right into all grain. 3 months later, I have a Skullsplitter, Kate the great and Pliny the elder clones under my belt and I'm just getting into kegging.
And I thought I'd save money making my own Scotch ales...
