Figured I ought to sign up and introduce myself. I've been brewing off and on for a couple years, kits and extracts in the kitchen, but recently decided to move to all grain. I've used HBT as a reference for damn neart everything, most recently building my keggle. The wealth of information has been incredibly helpful. So, thanks everybody!
A little about me: I'm a union electrician, IBEW local 280. Besides brewing, most of my free time is devoted to shooting/reloading, cigars, and playing golf (poorly). I live in the heart of Willamette valley hop country, and hope to get around to putting in a hop garden next year.
Anyway, thanks for the information I've already gleaned, and thanks in advance for all the rest of the info I'm sure to absorb in the future.
