With summer approaching, the temps have been too high to brew. So, I followed many threads on this site to build a fermentation chamber. Simple 5.0 cf chest freezer with a collar. I scored an old temp. controller for next to nothing. I will use it as is for now until winter, then I may upgrade to a dual temp controller and use this temp controller for a keezer.
