qskapunk asked for a parts list, so here it is:
4 x CPVC 1/2" Elbows (3 corners and 1 to the hose)
33 x CPVC 1/2" T-shaped connectors (5 on the connection side, 4 on the opposite side, 24 for each bottle riser)
3 x 10' 1/2" CPVC Pipe
1 x 10' 3/4" CPVC Pipe
24 x size 00 tapered faucet washers
1 x 1/2" - 3/4" CPVC adapter
1 x 3/4" CPVC to brass GHT hose adapter (mine was male ended, female would have been ideal, see below)
1 x CPVC cement and primer (drinking water safe)
1 x Hose quick disconnect (optional)
Other considerations:
CPVC pipe cutter, I got a cheap one like this:

1 x female/female brass hose adapter might be needed, My pump has male threads, so I needed the female hose end on that side, leaving two male ends on the other side
1 x bin large enough to hold everything for recirculation
1 x Pond pump, I use this one:

1/2" CPVC is smaller than 1/2" PVC, I think one is outer diameter and the other is inner, make sure you buy the right one or it won't fit in the bottles, in my experience it's tan vs. white
You can get the connectors in 10 packs for cheaper
I bought everything at home depot except the female to female hose adapter (they might have that too, I realized I needed it too late and amazon primed it)
I could only find the 3/4" pipe in 10' sections, I really only need 5 inches or so of it
Directions:
Cut 10' pipe into 41 small pieces (~2.5") and 24 larger pieces for the bottle risers (~ 6"), and then assemble like the picture. I test fit a few t's and risers into the bottles and then just cut all the other small pipe pieces to the same length. I also tested it to go almost to the bottom of the bottle but left 1/2" so it could spray a bit. I built mine over an upside down fastrack filled with bottles. Dry fit everything, then when it works, cement it. I tapped the washers into the tops by putting the washer pointy side up on a board, putting the riser over top of it, and tapping the pipe with a rubber mallet. Be careful of the order, it will become obvious what you will not be able to glue if you do it in the wrong order. Try to keep the risers as straight as possible. The hose end is just T to pipe to elbow to pipe to 3/4" adapter to 3/4" pipe to hose adapter, then I have a female-female brass hose adapter, and a hose quick disconnect. If the proper female hose to CPVC adapter is available at your hardware store you can save a few pieces. Without the fast rack, it could still do some 1 liter flip top and bomber sized bottles no problem as well.
