Essential changes:

1) Restores end user adjustable buffer multiplier adjustment capability (albeit relocated). Default is set to 0.72.

2) Restores the dissociation constant and targeted mash pH related impact upon computed Baking Soda addition quantities.

3) Brings Sparge Water acidification quantity output into general compliance with computations derived by A.J. deLange, as can be seen in Palmer and Kaminski's "Water" book (pages 93 through 96). Now factors in the charge associated with pre-adjustment sparge water pH, and additionally permits a range of target sparge water pH's.
