Anyone used both?

Do you find one works better than the other to help starch conversion when doing gluten free all grain batches?

Or do you find they do the same job?

Thanks.

Termamyl helps break long starches into shorter more water soluble chains. It is stable at high temps making it a great tool for liquefacation.
AMG300 takes bites off of the ends of starch chains, producing mostly glucose.

Your best bet would be to start with Termamyl at 170 to 180 F, then lower the temp to 140 F and add the AMG300.
