Hello Fellow Brewers:
I'm looking to make some hop and yeast changes to the following recipe...
Ingredients:
5 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM)
5 lbs White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM)
10.0 oz Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM)
3.0 oz Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)
I generally use cascade and citra hops with WY1010.
This time around I would like to use Kveik Yeast and I'm looking for some new hop combinations that might go well.
