Been tinkering with this recipe and looking for some feedback.

Pilsner - 5 lbs (50%)
White Wheat Malt - 3.5 lbs (35%)
Light Munich (10L) - 1 lbs (10%)
Red Winter Wheat - .5 lbs (5%)

1 oz Helga - FWH
1 oz Southern Cross - 5 min

Wyeast 1010

Thanks!

Looks like a decent beer. I'm guessing it has a malty backbone, but not so much that it's a dunkel. The WY1010 probably adds a nice tartness as well. My only suggestion is that I'd increase the wheat to be at least 50%.
