I was trying to use up some odds and ends of malts and hops so brewed up this batch... it's bubbling away now but I'm bored so I thought I would share the recipe to see what everyone thinks. If you've got any advice or critiques feel free to share.

All grain, 19L batch, OG1.053, WLP090

2kg Maris Otter
1.5kg Weyermann Wheat
1kg Crisp Pale Ale
20g Northern Brewer @60mins
28g Cascade @15mins
28g Citra @5mins
28g Amarillo @flameout
28g Centennial Leaf Dry Hop 7 days
28g Citra Dry Hop 7 days

It's fermenting away now at a rather low 16C but I'll slowly start bringing the temp up tomorrow (day 4)

Any thoughts?

That's a great way to use up misc ingredients. I'm curious how WLP090 turns out starting at 16C. The recipe looks fine, will make a great Summer beer. Let us know how it tastes.
