Hello all,

I am attempting my first light lager this weekend. I am also learning Bru n water as well as I have been having some issues with my software getting my ph where I want.

Below is what i am working with. I use all RO water. I am not sure if I should worry about the Bicarbonate being that low. If so I am not sure how to adjust without throwing everything else out of wack.

The bicarbonate value in a water profile is just the starting point for the raw water. Ignore it with respect to mashing water. You'll alter that bicarb value as necessary to achieve your mashing pH target.

Thank you for the info!
