0.5 oz Columbus 15.2%, Simcoe 13.5%, Zythos 10.5% @ 15
0.5 oz Columbus 15.2%, Simcoe 13.5%, Zythos 10.5% @ 5
0.5 oz Columbus 15.2%, Simcoe 13.5%, Zythos 10.5% @ 0
Dry hop with 0.5 oz Columbus, Simcoe, Zythos, 1 oz Ahtanum @ 4 days before bottling
WLP 051 Cali V Yeast 70F 2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary.
I feel like I should add more crystal, but mashing at 154 might give me the malt profile I need. I was thinking I could even add a bit of Munich or something. As far as the hops, this is just what I have planned and I am flexible with it. The following is my current hop inventory.
