Havent brewed any browns other than the Janet's Brown recipe so looking for some feedback on this one.

7lbs 2 row
1lb wheat
8oz munich
8oz chocolate malt
8oz c40
8oz biscuit

.5oz centennial fwh
1oz northern brewer 60
.5 cascade 10
.5 CTZ 0

WLP 051

If I have enough maris otter, I might switch that in and drop the biscuit.

I dont have access to my brewing software, but the OG should be around 1060 with IBUS around 35 or so.

Anything Im missing or screwed up?

Looks really good to me. If I were to tweak that recipe to my own liking I might add another half pound of C60 or C80, but that's just me. What temp were you planning on mashing at?

I don't have any firsthand experience with 051, but since it's supposed to finish higher than 001 that's probably a good idea. Let us know how it turns out!
