Am I the only one who for the past three years has purchased a pound of Amarillo only to be disappointed with the nasty aroma? What a waste of money. If I wanted diesel, oniony hops, I'd buy some Summits for waaay cheaper. I keep trying because I love that hop when it's "on." Just haven't found any of those.

And, while I'm at it, I hate that we can't smell the hops before we buy. I mean, I'd never buy $30 of fish without smelling it. But with hops, it's always a friggin mystery whether I'm going to get what I pay for.

Frustrated.

till 2014, in Italy it was good.
this year I didn't buy Amarillo. then I never do beers with massive dryhop, so I need half the quantities of standard IPA brewers
