Hello, new to the brewing world but already on my third batch, nice to meet you all. I have just tasted my first bottled batch after a week in the bottle (Stone IPA clone), and although I know it is early, I am very happy with it. I grew up a couple miles from the Stone Brewery and was always a big fan if their stuff. I have been living in Hawaii for the last 7 years and with no Stone distribution here, and as much as I liked it, I kind of forget what their IPA even tastes like.
Anyways, nice to be a part of your forum and look forward to your input, advice, and help. I definitely have the brew bug, and after I finish the extract kits I have already bought, I look forward to moving onto all grain brewing. Shoot, at this point I want to put yeast into any kind of liquid I can. I'll be around!
