Was all ready to start my batch of Nelson Sauvin Rye APA and discovered that SWMBO tossed my container of yeast that I had saved from my last batch when she was cleaning the fridge.

Lesson learned. Next time I'll label my container of goop.

How much rye do you use in that recipe? I have a Nelson Sauvin APA I do, heard rye would be a good addition, and would like to know what others use.
