I got this all grain kit for free but I don’t have the equipment to do it. Can I turn it into a biab method? If so can you point me in the right direction? I would like to try it out tomorrow.

It would be best to check out a BIAB calculator. This will tell you how much water to use, what the temp your water should be before adding the bag, as well as how much kettle space is needed for your particular brew.

Here are a couple of links...

Your grain will need a fine crush. If you have your own mill, set it about the thickness of a credit card or have your LHBS double crush for you.

I don't mash out, just the sach. rest

Do a full volume mash, at 151, mash out, and follow the boil directions.

Nothing to adapt on the recipe. BIAB is All Grain. All you need to know is with how much water to start to do the mash, and having a pot big enought to hold all the grain and water as others said.
