I recently upgraded from stovetop allgrian to outdoor allgrain. I have a 15gallon blichmann kettle and burner, a 10 gallon mashtun and a pump.

What other items do I need to make my day more efficient? Do I need another burner to heat up sparge water?

"Need" is a tricky word in this context.

Some things that will make brew days easier / faster / more enjoyable:

A burner for your HLT would be nice, yeah. You didn't mention what type of HLT you have.

Camlocks for your hoses and valves. Way less of a hassle and faster than using worm clamps.

Counterflow wort chiller. Saves a lot of time. I'm not a big fan of the plate chillers, since they clog easily. I like the pipe-within-a-pipe counterflow chillers.

...or at least an immersion. What kind of sparge are you planning? You do not necessarily need another burner, you can do it with one but two makes it easier. If you do not have 2 burners, get a 10 gallon Igloo drink cooler for an HLT. It will keep the water warm so you can heat it when you have time. Other items:
big spoon and ladle
