Hi all,
Just getting into all grain. Bought a kit at my LHBS. Recipe says I should it OG 1.063 and FG of 1.016.
My OG was 1.062.
After 2 weeks of primary fermentation, I was at 1.014.

Just a few points off isn't a big deal to me..but anything I should worry about? If my FG is a few points under does that just mean lesser ABV in my beer?

No it's not less, it will be a little more- dryer. Not a problem, right?

I would be quite happy with those numbers! It's going to be an awesome brew.

Change woes to win. Looks like you nailed it.

I mean... No, wait, your beer is ruined. Send it to me for proper disposal
