All foam now what?

I just replaced my beer lines on my system, same size and length. Set the pressure the same as I always do ( 10 lbs. ) now all I'm getting is foam. Opened the keggerator and watched as I tried to pour and could see the beer turn to foam right out of the keg. What went wrong ? Any help would be great. Thanks

Are you sure the inside diameter is 3/16?

Yes,I just looked again the only differance is the OD, old line was 7/16 new is 3/8. Would that change things?
