Just as the title says, I'm still seeing airlock activity in a very light cream ale (was about 1.048SG on brew day) the odd thing is this Sunday would be four weeks since I brewed it, I've never seen this much airlock activity in any other brew after about a week max, do you think it could still be fermenting? Or perhaps just expelling co2 that was trapped from the fermentation?

Temp change, change in barometric pressure, CO2 off gassing (especially if you move it) - all can cause bubbling.

I haven't moved it, it is in my basement which was about 64 degrees average for the first two-weeks and is now at about 66 average (I don't tend to temp control my ales, just lagers, unless it needs to be an oddly hot fermented ale)

I guess the change from cold winter air to spring air may have changed the pressure though...

Maybe I'll just take a reading and see if it's keg ready yet
