Just getting my Keezer setup. Started off with a lot of foam, seems to be getting better but still room for improvement. Should this air/co2 gap be in tube beer line? If not what’s causing it? Co2 pressure set to 11 psi or so.
Most often CO2 bubbles form in the beer lines when the beer in the keg is at a higher carbonation level than the current combination of temperature and pressure can maintain, leading to out-gassing as the beer tries to reach a new equilibrium. If the beer is at the temperature you prefer I suggest turning the pressure up 1 psi, let things sit for awhile, and if you see bubbles like that again raise the pressure again, making sure to fully fill the line between each "trial". Repeat until you hit the pressure that the beer stops out-gassing.
