After Taste Help

I brewed a Bourbon double and it has a great up front taste then all of a sudden you are left with an old coffee aftertaste. Any thoughts would be appreciated. not sure how this happened. I fully sanitized with star san there was no funk or anything in the secondary. Horrible aftertaste

Was at a local craft brewery today and the assistant brewer said it sounds like chlorine in the water. i don't use camden tablets. I have brewed lots of beers this is the second one this happened to. Hopefully this is the reason
