I'm using Brewer's Friend, and I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to adjust the hop utilization rate in the software.

I don't use Brewer's Friend, so can't answer your question directly. If it doesn't, could you adjust the AA% to get to the same point?
In the "Use" drop down for each hop addition choose whirlpool or hopback. Then you can enter a custom utilization. At least in the app, pretty sure the website is similar.
