Hello,
I'm thinking of adding honey to two of my 7 carboys of cider. I'm thinking about adding honey while I re-rack two of the carboys for secondary fermentation. These carboys had no sugar or yeast added to them upon primary fermentation (they fermented primarily on wild yeast). I Does anyone have any suggestions of how much honey I should add? I don't want to make it too strong. . . .
Thanks a lot
Jonny
