Adding flavours??

Hi guys quick question. I've been fermenting from concentrate AJ and then bottling & carving from primary and left and works just fine. Question is if I add a second juice to flavour it am I ok to put this in the bottles then my cider then leave or will it start fermenting again in the bottles??

If the juice has sugars and you don't kill your yeast, it will begin fermenting again.
