A Mountain Dew: Voltage Clone Recipe

I'm looking for anyone who can tell me a recipe that would be a clone of Mountain Dew's Voltage. I brew my own beer, and have never tried to make soda. However, the other day my wife was saying how she would love to have a diet version of Voltage, but they don't make one. In the beer making world, you simply look up a clone recipe and make the adjustments you want. In this case I would use Splenda instead of sugar. I couldn't find one. Any help would be appreciated.
