Hello all, after using this forum for almost a year doing research BEFORE my first brew, I figured it was time to actually say hello and thank you. I'm only 12 gallons in but I'm hooked, including a 1g strawberry melomel aging nicely and a 5g strawberry cider I plan on racking into secondary as soon as the hydrometer says "ok". Thanks to everyone who has offered up ideas for me to experiment with, and all those wanting to get into this hobby should spend hours reading from experienced members' posts before even starting their own projects. Because of everyone here all my projects thus far have been successful. I look forward to working with everyone on my future endeavors.

Welcome to the hobby, and the group, from CO :mug:

Studying heavily before your first brew is a great idea, and likely to dramatically improve your results.
