A Good Source for Education on Hops

Hello all,

I am looking to learn about the fine details of hops including the varieties that give different characteristics, optimal storage methods, and the fine details such as the other components within each type of hop that makes it characteristic. Maybe I should go back to How to Brew by John Palmer. Would love to have a library of hops in my head.

Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels is a good source. More info than I can digest in one go for sure. I haven't read the Hops book from the brewing elements series, but I have flipped though it and it looks great. Links
