I've never sent anything to the forum, but have enjoyed reading and making beer for a long time. Just had to relate my blunder yesterday while bottling a beautiful Czech Pilsner. Everthing was going great, having spilled nary a drop. I had placed my bottling bucket high on a stool (above my head) and as the level of beer lowers, I place shims under the back legs to tilt the whole thing foreward. You've probably guessed already! The final six-pack came crashing down like a football coach getting a victory Gatorade drenching. Color me very sticky. Never too old to learn.
