I have been away from this forum for a while and in that Time i have started studying winemaking and all that jazz. But For those curious i figured this might be a good resource about yeasts and other oenological (wine making) products. Scottlab's has the info on the lallamand yeast lines in their fermentation handbook (viewable online and printable) as well as additional information in their cider handbook. Laffort has more of the commercial yeast info but still interesting info.
