So as I'm trying to clean out the tiny bits left over at the top of my 6 gallon carboy, it occurs to me.... Why don't they make one that's easy to clean?
Does anyone make a 5 or 6 gallon carboy like they make a flip top jar?
I see it as a big 5 gallon jar with a metal piece that runs around it and the top "lid" is like a carboy. It funnels to the top with a hole. You clamp the two together with a rubber seal and bingo... a nice glass carboy that opens up and is easy to clean.
Does this already exist? Think something like this with a carboy top.
