I posted this question in the software section but no comments so I'm hopping I might get more views here. Looking for anyone that has completed a beersmith profile for a brewhouse made of 55 gallon SS barrels

One persons equipment profile is different from another even if they happen to be the same volume. How much is your loss in the kettle, lines, chiller? Your boil off rate? What is the dead space in the mash tun? You have to build your profile through use
