What are those vessels he is brewiing in???
I want, badly. I don't know if I could justify 50gal batches even to myself. Well I suppose I could if I had space for multiple wine barrels to fill with delicious sours! Fill it with one brew and top up with a small system after fermentation dies down. Club brews would work well too.
If you had a spare forklift to move them around.
its sold - but was a good price even just for the barrels...woulda bought it but couldn't figure out when I'd be there next.
