5-Tap copper water manifold, with swivel pot filler

A simple way to fill all my kettles with any type of water.

I hate hooking up and disconnecting hoses, why not just bring the right type of water to where you need it.

This is all part of my larger build, Grossy's Garage Red-Brick Brew Pub, but I think that is unique enough that is merits it's own thread.

From left to right the manifold can deliver:

Tap 1: Tap water
Tap 2: Filtered water
Tap 3: RO Water
Tap 4: Hot tap Water
Tap 5: Sparge water from the HLT.​

The five taps all feed into one copper line, that has a swivel connection in the middle of the brew stand.

The swivel joint allows me to rotate the filler pipe to any of my three kettles.

I realize I'm resurrecting a very old thread. But where did you get the swivel joint?

Wow, it’s been long time since I have posted on HBT. I took some time off from the brewery build to pay some bills. But I have been doing a lot of work recently, hopefully it will soon be done.
I will most likely switch it out, see below.

I'm not a 100% certain of the brass in my set-up. Ive asked for a data material sheet from the manufacture. I will probably switch out to this in a 1/2" stainless steel.
