5 Gallon Water Jugs

I've never come across anything stating one way or the other about using these jugs for fermentation. They seem to be the same thing as better bottles. I would assume they are food grade. Anybody have any experience with these jugs?

I went to lowes and bought a primo water bottle. It works great as my secondary.

Look at the bottom, if its number 7 plastic that means you wont know what it is but sure it not p.e.t,

I know pirmo are #7 I use them for camping water/coins/grainhopper

What brand water and what type of plastic is it made from?

I would buy those if I didn't get free Italian glass carboys.

Crystal and Zephyr Hills all but 1 are marked #1 the odd one is a #7 but is marked BPA-FREE
